Life Time Inc. is seeking a Membership Concierge III-PT to deliver exceptional member service, actively promote club programs, assist with the buying experience, and help achieve acquisition and retention goals.

As a member of the Concierge Team, you will educate members about programming, handle account needs, and connect new members to Personal Training, enabling growth and loyalty. Join a fun, health-focused environment that values service excellence, relationship building, and teamwork,

Qualifications

Multitasking and high-quality customer service skills.
Ability to stand for up to 4 hours and maintain a friendly demeanor.
Strong verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

Facilitate the check-in process for members and guests.
Handle and delegate incoming calls to provide prompt responses.
Educate members about club programming, events, pricing, and policies.
Proactively build relationships with members to foster loyalty and retention.
Assist members with account maintenance, processing needs, changes, and transactions.
Support retention by assisting members requesting cancellation and offering options.
Engage in service recovery to resolve questions and concerns.
Customize the buying experience to drive membership sign-ups.
Connect new members to Personal Training and promote enrollment.
Earn commissions on Personal Training sales.
Communicate with members via email or phone in line with brand messaging
