Job summary

Life Time, Inc. is seeking a Membership Concierge II in San Diego to manage member accounts, engage guests, and promote club programming. You will progress through hospitality certifications and develop a personalized plan for professional growth.

You will handle calls, educate members, assist with memberships and payments, and support sales and retention efforts in a fast-paced resort environment.

Qualifications

• Must multitask and deliver high-quality customer service.
• Able to stand for 4 hours at a time.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first contact for members and guests entering the resort.
• Build relationships with members and guests to create extraordinary experiences.
• Receive inbound calls and outbound outreach to engage and retain members.
• Educate members on programming, events, pricing, and policies.
• Assist with account maintenance and member transactions including payments.
• Support new membership sales and member retention interactions.
• Handle problems and service recovery using available tools.
