Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills are required.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced resort setting.
• Complete retention certification within 60 days of hire.
• Passion to serve others and provide exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first contact for members and guests entering the resort.
• Educate members on programming, events, pricing, and policies.
• Assist with account maintenance, payments, and member needs.
• Support new membership sales and member retention interactions.
• Engage in problem solving and service recovery using available tools.
