Job summary

Life Time in California is seeking a Membership Concierge II to serve as the first contact for members and guests, handling account maintenance, program information, and payments while delivering warm, hospitality-driven service.

You will engage in member retention, support sales of new memberships, and resolve issues with proactive problem-solving, backed by ongoing coaching and a clear path to professional growth through our hospitality certification levels.

Qualifications

• Candidates must multitask, deliver high-quality customer service and use strong verbal communication.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and able to stand for 4 hours at a time.
• Friendly, outgoing demeanor and willingness to learn and grow in hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the first contact for members and guests entering the resort.
• Builds relationships and creates extraordinary experiences with members and guests.
• Handles inbound calls and outbond outreach to support engagement and acquisition.
• Educates members on club programming, events, pricing, and policies.
• Assists with account maintenance, changes, and payments for services and products.
• Supports new membership sales and member retention interactions.
• Participates in problem solving and service recovery for member questions.
