Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of customer service or sales experience.
• Complete Retention Specialist Certification within 60 days of hire.
• Effective verbal communication and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Serves as first contact for members and guests entering the resort.
• Builds relationships and delivers extraordinary hospitality experiences.
• Handles inbound calls and outbound outreach to support engagement and acquisition.
• Educates members about programs, events, pricing and policies.
• Assists with account maintenance and processing member transactions.
• Supports new membership sales and member retention interactions.
• Participates in problem solving and service recovery using available tools.
