Job summary

Life Time is seeking a Membership Concierge II to handle member and guest engagement, account maintenance, and program information. You will progress through hospitality certifications and craft a personalized succession plan to meet career goals.

As a frontline contact, you will educate on club programming, assist with payments, and support new membership sales while delivering extraordinary experiences in a fast-paced resort setting.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Complete Retention Specialist Certification within 60 days of hire.
• Passion to serve others.
• Effective communication skills.
• Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operates as first contact for members and guests entering resort.
• Exemplifies a hospitality mindset to build relationships with members and guests, regularly creating extraordinary experiences.
• Receives inbound calls and conducts outbound outreach with members and guests to support engagement and acquisition.
• Maintains updated knowledge to educate members on program, events, pricing, and policies.
• Assists members with account maintenance, processing needs and payments.
• Serves as a key contact for new membership sales and retention interactions.
• Engages in problem solving and service recovery using tools and resources.
