Job summary

Life Time in Gaithersburg, MD is seeking a Membership Concierge II to maintain member accounts, deliver service, and provide programming insights. You will engage members and guests, supporting growth through hospitality certifications and a personalized succession plan.

In this fast-paced role, you will answer inquiries, educate on club programming, process changes and payments, and contribute to member sales and retention.

Qualifications

• Must multitask, deliver high-quality customer service and handle service recovery.
• Able to stand for 4 hours in a fast-paced resort environment.
• High School diploma; 1–2 years experience in customer service or sales.
• Complete Retention Specialist Certification within 60 days of hire.
• Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Acts as first contact for members and guests entering resort.
• Builds relationships to create extraordinary experiences.
• Handles inbound calls and outbound outreach to engage members.
• Educates members about programming, events, pricing, and policies.
• Assists with account maintenance and payments for programs, services and products.
• Supports new member sales and retention interactions.
• Uses appropriate tools to resolve questions and problems.
