Life Time Inc. is seeking a Membership Concierge I to deliver high-quality customer service to members and guests. As the first point of contact, you will ensure visitors feel welcomed and valued, while enjoying a positive, healthy work environment.

You will build value-based relationships that boost member loyalty and help guests meet their healthy lifestyle goals. The role requires standing for long periods and a commitment to service excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months service/reception experience.
• Complete Concierge Certification upon hire.
• Must be able to stand for 4 hours at a time.
• Must work a minimum of 15 hours per week.
• Commitment to serve others.
• Effective communication skills.
• Passion for living a healthy way of life.

Responsibilities

• Operates as first point of contact for members and guests.
• Receives and facilitates incoming phone calls from members and guests.
• Maintains updated knowledge to educate members/guests on club programming, events, pricing, and policies.
• Exemplifies a hospitality mindset to build relationships and create experiences.
• Assists members with transactions and general account changes.
