Job summary

VyStar Credit Union is looking for a Relationship Specialist I to deliver outstanding member experiences in person and over the phone. You will identify member needs, build consumer and business relationships, and cross-sell VyStar financial solutions to help members achieve their goals.

Strong communication, listening skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment are essential, along with integrity and professionalism in all member interactions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate’s degree preferred.
• Experience in sales and/or customer service preferred, especially in financial services.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent member experiences in-person and by phone.
• Identify member cues and needs; build consumer and business relationships.
• Cross-sell VyStar financial solutions appropriately.
• Process account transactions, open accounts, and assist with loan applications.
• Educate members on products and services and resolve issues promptly.
