VyStar Credit Union is seeking a Relationship Specialist I to deliver outstanding member experiences in person and by phone, identifying member needs and expanding consumer and business relationships with VyStar solutions.

The role requires prior sales or customer service experience, excellent listening and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced credit union environment. Comprehensive training and career development are provided.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Associate’s degree preferred.
• Experience in sales or customer service is preferred, especially in financial services.

Responsibilities

• Provide unbelievable member experiences in person and on the phone.
• Identify member cues and needs to grow consumer and business relationships.
• Position VyStar products and services to meet member goals.
• Handle transactions, open accounts, and process loan applications.
