Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred.
• Experience in sales or customer service, ideally in a financial institution.
• Strong listening, verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide unbelievable member experiences in person and on the phone.
• Identify member needs and cross-sell VyStar solutions.
• Handle personal and business account transactions and loan applications.
• Explain credit and savings options and refer more complex products.
• Maintain compliance and follow risk controls in daily tasks.
