VyStar Credit Union is seeking a Relationship Specialist I to deliver outstanding member experiences both in person and by phone. You will identify member needs, ask discovery questions, and position VyStar solutions to grow relationships.

Responsibilities include handling deposits, loans, and account openings, while educating members on credit and savings options. Strong communication and a professional attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
• Previous sales or customer service experience is preferred, preferably in financial services.
• Strong communication and listening skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional member experiences in-person and on the phone.
• Cross-sell VyStar credit union solutions to meet member needs.
• Handle transactions, open accounts, and process loan applications.
• Explain credit and savings options and refer complex products as needed.
• Maintain compliance with policies and protect member information.
