The role emphasizes professional communication, accuracy in transactions, and adherence to regulatory guidelines while supporting a broad range of financial solutions and services.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED is required.
• Associate's degree is preferred.
• Previous experience in a sales and/or customer service position preferred, ideally with a financial institution.

Responsibilities

• Provide unbelievable member experiences via phone and in-person interactions.
• Identify member needs and grow consumer and business relationships.
• Position VyStar Credit Union's products and services and cross-sell solutions.
• Handle accounts, process loan applications, and explain savings options.
• Maintain professional conduct and comply with guidelines.
