Job summary

VyStar Credit Union is seeking a Relationship Specialist I to deliver exceptional member experiences both in-person and on the phone. You will identify member needs, ask discovery questions, and grow consumer and business relationships by proposing VyStar solutions.

You will handle deposits, loans, notary services, and related banking duties while upholding VyStar’s standards of excellence and compliance. Flexibility to travel among local branches is required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a sales and/or customer service position is preferred.
• Must possess and utilize excellent listening skills, verbal and written communications.
• Ability to process accurate transactions and provide information on financial products.

Responsibilities

• Provide unbelievable member experiences in-person and on the phone.
• Identify member needs, ask discovery questions, and cross-sell VyStar solutions.
• Handle deposits, loans, and basic banking transactions with accuracy and integrity.
• Explain credit basics and refer more complex products when appropriate.
• Maintain compliance and support VyStar initiatives and campaigns.
