Job summary

SECU is seeking an MSS Associate Member Services Representative to provide routine member service through telephone and digital channels. You will respond to member inquiries about accounts, deposits, card services, and digital channel support, while upholding confidentiality and compliance with MISP procedures.

You will train in Excel and E&E, work with a coaching team to strengthen service delivery, and develop a solid knowledge of SECU products for customized member referrals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CCUE Certification or AA/AS via NC-CTP preferred.
• Entry level position with no experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary member service through phone and digital channels.
• Maintain confidentiality of member information and follow MISP procedures.
• Comply with Credit Union policies and regulatory requirements.
• Develop understanding of SECU products and services to educate members.
