Job summary

SECU is seeking an entry-level Associate Member Services Representative (MSR) to support branch operations and deliver exemplary member service. You will handle inquiries by phone and in person, assist with cash handling, account origination and maintenance, and work across in-branch, drive-through, and digital channels.

As a new team member, you will learn CXone and SECU’s procedures while supporting various departments.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree, CCUE Certification, or AA degree via NC-CTP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist members in a courteous, professional manner across in-person, phone, and digital channels.
• Balance cash drawer and process transactions per standards.
• Operate drive-through window when needed and balance vault/ATMs.
• Handle wire transfers, foreign currency orders, and customer inquiries.
• Maintain records and assist with account opening under supervision.
