Job summary

State Employees' Credit Union is seeking an MSS Associate Member Services Representative to provide courteous member service through phone and digital channels. You’ll work through training modules on accounts, card services, and digital tools, while ensuring data confidentiality and security.

You'll participate in ongoing coaching to strengthen service delivery, meet KPI targets, and learn SECU products and policies.

Qualifications

• Must have HS diploma or GED; CCUE preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and provide excellent member service.

Responsibilities

• Handle routine member inquiries via phone and digital channels.
• Learn core modules and banking products as training progresses.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow security procedures.
