State Employees' Credit Union is seeking a Member Services Representative in Wendell, Idaho. The role involves assisting members, explaining products, processing accounts, and handling cash with accuracy.

You will engage with the community and provide Notary Public services as needed, while maintaining strong knowledge of SECU products and services. The position emphasizes professional communication, reliable attendance, and adherence to policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Must be self-motivated and dependable.
• 2+ years SECU or related experience preferred.
• Balance record with no gross balancing violations in the last 6 months.
• Complete required quarterly training courses and other training assigned by management.
• Demonstrates SECU’s Core Values.
• Complete Credit Union Core Module Program within 12 months of hire date.

Responsabilités

• Explain product information to members and answer general questions.
• Handle cash box management and account maintenance for new members.
• Open and process maintenance on tax advantaged accounts, wire transfers, and currency exchanges.
• Provide Notary Public services as requested by management.
• Engage with community events to enhance Credit Union presence.
• Balance vaults, ATMs, and teller cash dispenser; process deposits and transfers.
• Educate members on credit union products and services; offer quality referrals.
