State Employees' Credit Union seeks a Member Services Representative in Wilson to assist members in-person and via phone with account openings, deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and general inquiries. This role requires strong hospitality, cash handling accuracy, and knowledge of SECU products and services.

Training modules include safety, OnBase, and CXone, with opportunities to grow within the branch network.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Must be self-motivated and dependable.
• Must have demonstrated proficiency in all aspects of the Assoc MSR role.

Responsabilités

• Greet and assist members in a courteous, professional manner.
• Process transactions and balance a cash drawer according to standards.
• Open and maintain accounts and perform tax-advantaged and other account activities.
• Assist with safe deposit box access and related training as required.
• Answer phones and assist members with service requests across channels.
