Planet Fitness is seeking a Member Services Representative to deliver a superb member experience at the front desk. You will greet members and guests, assist with sign-ups, tours, and account updates, and maintain a clean club environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Ability to stand and walk during shift.
• Ability to talk in person or on the phone during shift.
• Ability to encounter cleaning chemicals occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Greet members, prospective members and guests with exceptional customer service.
• Handle front desk activities: answer phones and assist callers with questions.
• Check members into the system and sign up new members.
• Take prospective members on tours.
• Facilitate updates to member accounts and respond to questions promptly.
• Escalate issues to Assistant Manager or Manager when needed.
• Maintain the neatness and cleanliness of the club.
