Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet members, prospective members and guests with exceptional service.
• Handle front desk duties: answer phones, check in members, sign up new members, give tours.
• Update member accounts as needed.
• Respond to questions and concerns promptly; escalate when needed.
• Maintain club cleanliness and neatness.
