Job summary

Planet Fitness is seeking a Member Services Representative to deliver a superior member experience at the front desk. You will greet members and guests, sign up new members, check in, and conduct tours for prospective members.

You will handle phones, respond to questions, update accounts, and maintain a clean, welcoming club environment. A positive, reliable attitude is essential for this role.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet members, prospective members and guests, providing exceptional service.
• Handle front desk activities, answer phones, and assist callers.
• Check members in and sign up new members.
• Take tours for prospective members.
• Update member accounts as needed.
• Respond to questions/concerns promptly and escalate when needed.
• Maintain club cleanliness and neatness.
