Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe is hiring a Member Services Representative to deliver outstanding customer service at the front desk. You will greet members, drive membership sales, process check-ins, and promote club programs while keeping the lobby clean and welcoming.

The role emphasizes hospitality, reliability, and a proactive attitude to ensure a grand-opening ready club for every shift.

Formación

• 1+ year in a service-oriented role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Customer-focused with ability to upsell memberships.

Responsabilidades

• Greet members and guests with enthusiasm at the front desk.
• Assist with membership sales and program promotions.
• Manage check-ins and phone inquiries in a courteous, professional manner.
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk and lobby area.
• Support opening/closing duties and club readiness.
