Job summary

Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe is hiring a Member Services Representative to deliver exceptional front desk service, assist with membership sales, check-ins, and program promotions. You will create a welcoming environment for members and guests, support club cleanliness, and help drive member engagement with events and promotions.

The role requires strong communication, a customer-first attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced gym setting.

Qualifications

• 1 year of service-oriented work experience preferred
• Effective written and verbal communication required
• Strong customer service orientation essential
• CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire)

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests with enthusiasm and assist with member enrollment and front desk operations
• Handle membership sales, check-ins, and product promotions while maintaining service standards
• Answer phones professionally and communicate events and promotions to members and guests
• Keep the front desk and lobby clean, organized, and “grand-opening ready”
• Support club programs such as group fitness, tanning, and member events
• Ensure accurate procedures, assist with new member enrollments, and handle member requests or escalate as needed
• Perform opening and closing duties and maintain a professional demeanor
