Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe seeks a Member Services Representative to greet members, drive membership sales, and maintain a welcoming front desk environment. You will handle check-ins, promote programs, and support club operations with a friendly, service-oriented approach.

You are expected to deliver outstanding customer service, assist with member inquiries, and help ensure a clean, organized facility aligned with Crunch standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a service-oriented position preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
• CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire).
• Strong customer service orientation.

Responsabilités

• Greets members and guests with enthusiasm and delivers excellent front desk service.
• Assists with membership, retail and tanning product sales.
• Promotes membership privileges including tanning, group fitness, and childcare.
• Facilitates all member requests and resolves issues or escalates to a manager as needed.
• Checks in all members and guests following company procedures and resolves check-in alerts.
• Answers phones courteously and professionally.
• Maintains a clean and organized work area and supports event promotion.
