Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe is seeking a friendly Member Services Representative to greet members, manage front desk operations, and drive member engagement. You will handle membership sales, check-ins, and program promotions while maintaining a clean, welcoming club environment.

The role emphasizes accurate procedures, new member enrollment support, and delivering exceptional service every shift. A dynamic, energetic team environment with growth opportunities awaits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a service-oriented position preferred.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Excellent communication skills in English (reading/writing).
• CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire).
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Greets all members & guests with enthusiasm and engages via Crunch SLA.
• Assists with membership, retail and tanning product sales.
• Promotes membership privileges including tanning, group fitness, small group training and childcare.
• Delivers onboarding of new members and manages check-ins per procedures.
• Answers phones in a courteous, helpful, professional manner.
• Keeps front desk and lobby clean and organized; supports events and initiatives.
• Performs opening/closing duties and daily checklists.
