Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe is accepting applications for a friendly Member Services Representative to welcome members and guests while delivering exceptional service at the front desk. You will handle check-ins, membership sales, and program promotions, upholding Crunch service standards with energy and positivity.

The role supports club operations, promotes wellness programs, and contributes to a grand-opening ready environment every day.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a service-oriented position preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively and demonstrate proficiency in reading and writing skills required.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire)

Responsibilities

• Greet all members and guests with a smile and enthusiasm, supporting engagement.
• Assist with membership, retail and tanning product sales.
• Promote membership privileges including tanning, group fitness, childcare.
• Delivers on new member enrollment expectations, including guest conversion, Peaks %, ACH %, and Kickoff standards.
• Checks in all members and guests per procedures, resolving any check-in issues.
• Answers phones in a courteous, helpful, professional manner.
• Communicates special events to members and guests.
• Maintains a professional and courteous disposition and a clean front desk area.
• Open/close duties and grand-opening readiness as needed.
