Planet Fitness in Washington state is seeking a Member Services Representative to deliver a superior customer experience in the Judgement Free Zone. You will greet members, assist with sign-ups and inquiries, and help preserve a clean, welcoming club environment.

The role requires 18+ years, willingness to obtain CPR/AED certification, and solid computer basics. Flexible full-time and part-time shifts are available, with perks and casual dress in a fitness-focused setting.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Willing to become CPR/AED Certified (Training provided by Planet Fitness).
• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests at check-in and assist with questions.
• Promote the Judgement Free Zone and support members' fitness journeys.
• Resolve member concerns and escalate to Club Manager as needed.
• Answer phones and assist callers with inquiries.
• Perform membership sign-ups, updates, cancellations, and transfers.
• Maintain clean and sanitized facilities and assist with maintenance issues.
