Job summary

Planet Fitness is seeking a motivated Member Services Representative to deliver exceptional customer service to members, guests, and prospective members in our club. You will greet members, assist with check-ins, and support the Judgement Free Zone as part of a friendly team.

The role offers flexible scheduling for full-time and part-time shifts, with opportunities to meet personal sales goals and contribute to the club's monthly targets.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Willing to become CPR/AED Certified (Training provided by Planet Fitness).
• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Greet members/guests as they enter and exit the club and assist with questions during check-in.
• Promote the Judgement Free Zone and support members on their fitness journeys.
• Resolve member concerns and escalate to the Club Manager as needed.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist callers with inquiries.
