Job summary

Planet Fitness seeks a friendly Member Services Representative to deliver superior customer service to members and guests in a Judgement Free Zone. You will assist with sign-ups, answer inquiries, and help drive membership growth while maintaining club cleanliness and a welcoming atmosphere.

Ideal candidates are 18+, willing to obtain CPR/AED, and proficient with basic computer tasks. Flexible full-time or part-time shifts are available in a fast-paced gym environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Willing to become CPR/AED Certified (Training provided by Planet Fitness).
• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests as they enter and exit the club; assist with questions or concerns at check-in.
• Promote the Judgement Free Zone by engaging with members on the club floor and supporting fitness journeys.
• Resolve member concerns and escalate to the Club Manager as needed.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist callers with inquiries.
• Perform membership-related functions such as sign-ups, updates, cancellations, and transfers.
• Aim to meet or exceed individual sales goals and contribute to monthly/yearly targets.
• Conduct prospective member calls and tours to assess membership needs.
• Execute retail transactions accurately and drive sales goals.
• Maintain regular cleaning and sanitizing of all equipment and Recovery Zone areas.
