Planet Fitness is hiring a Member Services Representative to deliver a superior, Judgement Free Zone experience to members and guests. The role offers flexible full- and part-time shifts and opportunities for growth within a welcoming club environment.

You will greet guests, assist with check-in, handle memberships, and promote the brand while meeting sales goals and maintaining clean, safe facilities. Training provided for CPR/AED certification.

Competenze

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Willing to become CPR/AED Certified (Training provided by Planet Fitness).
• Basic computer proficiency.

Mansioni

• Greet members and guests as they enter or exit the club and assist with questions at check-in.
• Promote the Judgement Free Zone and support members on their fitness journeys.
• Resolve member concerns and escalate to the Club Manager when needed.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist callers with inquiries.
• Perform membership sign-ups, updates, cancellations, and transfers.
• Aim to achieve or exceed individual sales goals and contribute to club targets.
• Conduct prospective member calls and tours to identify needs.
• Execute retail transactions and drive sales goals.
• Keep exercise areas clean and sanitized; maintain restrooms and facilities.
• Address safety and maintenance issues promptly and communicate effectively to the team.
• Build strong relationships and champion Planet Fitness CORE values.
