Planet Fitness in Tacoma, WA is seeking a Member Services Representative to deliver a superior customer experience and uphold the Judgement Free Zone. You will greet members, assist with questions, and support fitness journeys on the club floor.

Daily duties include handling membership tasks, answering calls, and maintaining club cleanliness while aligning with PF’s CORE values and flexible scheduling options for full-time or part-time shifts.

Formación

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Willing to become CPR/AED Certified (Training provided by Planet Fitness).
• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Greet members/guests as they enter and exit the club; assist with questions or concerns at check-in.
• Promote the Judgement Free Zone by connecting with members on the club floor and supporting fitness journeys.
• Resolve member concerns and escalate to the Club Manager as needed.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist callers with inquiries.
• Perform membership-related tasks such as sign-ups, updates, cancellations, and transfers.
