Job summary

Planet Fitness is seeking a Member Services Representative to provide superb customer service in a welcoming Judgement Free Zone. You will greet members, assist with sign-ups and inquiries, and help maintain a clean, safe club environment.

The role offers flexible scheduling with both full-time and part-time shifts, opportunities to hit sales goals, and pathways to CPR/AED certification and growth within the club.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Willing to become CPR/AED Certified (Training provided by Planet Fitness).
• Basic computer proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests as they enter or exit the club and assist with questions during check-in.
• Promote the Judgement Free Zone by engaging with members on the club floor and upholding policies.
• Resolve member concerns and escalate to the Club Manager when needed.
