Planet Fitness is seeking a Member Services Representative to deliver a superior member experience in a welcoming, judgement-free environment. You will greet guests, assist with check-ins, promote the Judgement Free Zone, handle inquiries, and support membership processing and sales goals.

The role supports full-time and part-time shifts with training provided for CPR/AED certification. A reliable, energetic team player who communicates well will thrive in this position.

Qualifikationen

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Willing to become CPR/AED Certified (Training provided by Planet Fitness).
• Basic computer proficiency.

Aufgaben

• Greet members/guests as they enter and exit the club; assist with questions or check-in.
• Promote the Judgement Free Zone by connecting with members and supporting fitness journeys.
• Resolve member concerns and escalate to Club Manager as needed.
• Answer phones and assist callers with inquiries.
• Process memberships: sign-ups, updates, cancellations, and transfers.
• Achieve/exceed individual sales goals and contribute to club targets.
• Conduct member calls and tours to assess needs.
