Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to learn and explain credit union products and services.

Aufgaben

• Process account maintenance and opening for new members and perform tax-advantaged account actions.
• Process wires, currency exchange, and Notary Public services as requested.
• Greet and assist members across service channels (in-person, phone, digital).
• Balance cash drawer and operate drive-through as needed.
• Maintain compliance with policies and security procedures and protect member information.
