Job summary

SECU invites motivated individuals to join our team as a Member Services Representative in Raleigh, NC. You will explain products, assist with account opening/maintenance, and provide service across in-person, phone, and digital channels.

Responsibilities include cash handling, balancing, notary services, and active participation in community events. Must be able to learn OnBase, CXone, and other credit union systems while delivering excellent member experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Patient, trustworthy and focused on member experience.
• Ability to learn and follow credit union processes and policies.

Responsibilities

• Explain products and services to members and answer questions.
• Open and maintain accounts and process transactions.
• Balance cash drawer and handle currency and checks accurately.
• Provide Notary Public services and assist with related tasks.
• Support community outreach and cross-sell financial products.
