Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree, CCUE Certification, or Associate degree via NC-CTP preferred.
• Strong communication, problem solving and customer service skills required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist members with courtesy and professionalism.
• Process transactions and balance a cash drawer.
• Open and maintain member accounts and process related maintenance.
• Handle wires, notary services, currency exchange, and product referrals.
• Balance vaults, ATMs, and cash handling equipment.
• Coordinate with other departments to fulfill member requests.
