Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s or CCUE preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities are essential.
• Ability to balance a cash drawer and handle teller transactions with accuracy.
• Willingness to complete core module program within 12 months of hire.
• Experience with customer service and confidential information handling is valued.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist members in person, by phone, and digitally.
• Process cash transactions and balance a cash drawer.
• Open basic accounts under supervision and follow MIP procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow security procedures.
• Assist with wire transfers, currency exchange, and basic account maintenance.
