Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Continual standing and walking during shift; ability to lift up to 45 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests to provide a welcoming customer experience.
• Answer phones and assist callers with questions.
• Check in members, provide club tours, and sign up new members.
• Log amenities and communicate updates and billing issues to members.
• Regular cleaning of entire facility, front desk area, bathrooms and equipment.
