Planet Fitness is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team and deliver a superior, judgment-free member experience to members, prospective members and guests. You will greet people, answer questions, check in members, sign up new members and handle billing issues with professionalism.

In this role you will perform regular cleaning, assist tours of the club, and communicate updates to members, contributing to a welcoming, clean and supportive fitness environment.

Qualifications

• Greet members and guests, delivering friendly, professional service.
• Handle phone inquiries and assist callers with various questions.
• Process member check-ins, tours, and new member sign-ups; log amenities and billing issues.
• Respond promptly and professionally to member questions or concerns.
• Maintain cleanliness of the facility and front desk area.

Responsibilities
