Job summary

NuMark Credit Union in Lemont, IL is hiring a Call Center Representative to help members with questions and concerns over calls and webchats, while delivering top-notch service and meeting sales goals.

You will work Monday-Saturday with one weekday off, must be available Saturdays, and training is on-site. The role offers sales incentives and a pathway to grow within the credit union.

Responsibilities

• Assist members with questions and concerns via phone and webchat.
• Build rapport through courteous, efficient service.
• Cross-sell NuMark products to meet members' needs.
• Open accounts and coordinate with departments to cross-sell loans, cards, deposits.
• Maintain confidentiality of member information.
• Reach out to prospective and existing members to grow business by email or phone.
• Routinely update accounts per member requests.
