Responsibilities

• Build member relationships by delivering exceptional service and asking open-ended questions.
• Cross-sell NuMark products to meet member needs and exceed expectations.
• Open accounts and coordinate with other departments to cross-sell loans.
• Process loan applications and handle disbursals & closings for various loans.
• Accurately balance cash drawers and maintain confidentiality of member information.
• Contact prospective and existing members to solicit new business by email or phone.
