Job summary

NuMark Credit Union is seeking a Universal Service Representative to help members achieve their financial goals, build relationships, and cross-sell loan products while delivering exceptional customer service and handling daily teller duties.

This role requires Monday-Saturday availability with some Saturdays, and offers a sales incentive program along with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of credit union or banking teller experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain NMLS number.
• Strong upselling and cross-selling capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills; customer-focused.
• Willingness to cover multiple branches as needed.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with members and determine financial needs with open-ended questions.
• Meet sales goals by understanding member situations and offering NuMark products.
• Open accounts and collaborate with other departments to cross-sell loans.
• Process loan applications and closings for various loan types.
• Handle cash and non-cash transactions accurately and balance drawers.
