Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• One year Call Center/financial services experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic Windows knowledge.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales and member-service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Assist members and potential members with telephone requests.
• Answer questions about Credit Union products and services and resolve problems.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and promote products to members.
• Meet individual and team sales goals and grow membership.
• Monitor iBanking inquiries and text messaging interactions.
• Prepare e-sign packages and assist electronic signing of documents.
• Explain loan options and process loan information over calls.
• Process online loan applications.
• Obtain and analyze credit Bureau reports and submit loan applications.
• Educate members on iBanking and ePayment services.
• Perform other duties as needed.
