Job summary

Ohana Growth Partners manages Planet Fitness clubs and is seeking a Service Desk Associate to greet members, manage front desk operations, sell memberships, and keep the facility clean and welcoming.

You will answer questions, handle guest concerns, operate the POS system, schedule training sessions, and maintain records. A high school diploma and basic computer literacy are preferred, with emphasis on customer service and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Previous cleaning/maintenance experience preferred.
• Basic computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests on arrival and farewell on departure.
• Monitor club access for members and guests.
• Answer questions and handle member and guest complaints.
• Sell memberships and enter new members into database.
• Operate POS system and collect balances on past due accounts.
• Maintain front desk and cleanliness.
• Schedule fitness training sessions.
