Job summary

Ohana Growth Partners, one of the largest independently owned operators of Planet Fitness clubs, is seeking a Service Desk Associate to provide outstanding member service, support front desk operations, and maintain a clean facility.

You will greet members, handle inquiries, sell memberships, operate the POS system, and assist with club walks and maintenance tasks. A high school diploma and basic computer literacy are preferred; prior customer service or sales experience is helpful.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
• Previous cleaning/maintenance experience preferred.
• Basic computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests and assist with inquiries.
• Monitor club access for members and non-members.
• Sell memberships and process agreements at the front desk.
• Operate Point-of-Sale system and collect balances on past due accounts.
• Maintain front desk cleanliness and organize supplies.
• Schedule fitness training sessions and complete club walk-arounds.
• Support new staff with onboarding and procedures.
• Follow safety and cleaning protocols.
