Job summary

Ohana Growth Partners’ Planet Fitness club is seeking a Service Desk Associate to provide outstanding member service, sales, and facility upkeep. You will greet members and guests, answer questions, and help with tours and memberships.

This role requires strong phone and interpersonal skills, basic computer literacy, and the ability to work independently and with others in a fast-paced environment. A high school diploma or GED is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior customer service or sales experience a plus.
• Basic computer literacy required.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests, and assist with inquiries.
• Monitor club access and manage member sign-ins.
• Handle member and guest complaints professionally.
• Sell memberships, write agreements, and enter new members into database.
• Operate POS and collect balances on past-due accounts.
• Maintain front desk cleanliness and organization.
