Job summary

Ohana Growth Partners operates Planet Fitness clubs and is seeking a Service Desk Associate to manage front-desk operations, assist with membership sales, and ensure the facility and equipment are clean and well-maintained. Interaction with members, guests, and staff is frequent.

The role emphasizes delivering excellent customer service, handling inquiries, and supporting daily club operations, with room for growth within the team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. preferred.
• Previous customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
• Previous cleaning/maintenance experience preferred.
• Basic computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Greet all members and guests; monitor club access.
• Answer questions and handle member/guest complaints.
• Sell memberships, write agreements, and enter new members into database.
• Operate POS system and collect balances on past due accounts.
• Perform club housekeeping and maintain cleaning closet.
