Job summary

Ohana Growth Partners operates a Planet Fitness club and is seeking a Service Desk Associate to support front desk operations. You will greet members and guests, answer questions, process memberships, and keep the facility clean and welcoming.

Strong customer service, basic computer skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-based environment are essential. You’ll handle the POS system, schedule fitness sessions, and assist with daily club duties.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred; customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Basic computer literacy required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests, answer questions, and provide information.
• Sell memberships, write agreements, and enter new members into the database.
• Operate the POS system and process payments.
• Maintain front desk cleanliness and organization.
• Schedule fitness training sessions.
• Perform club walks and complete checklists every 20 minutes.
• Respond to member and guest questions and complaints.
• Assist with housekeeping and daily club duties.
