Job summary

Ohana Growth Partners operates Planet Fitness clubs and seeks a Service Desk Associate to greet members, handle inquiries, sell memberships, and maintain a clean facility. You will interact with members and guests, manage front desk tasks, and support management in daily operations.

The role emphasizes customer service, basic computer literacy, and the ability to work with others in a fast-paced gym environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
• Cleaning/maintenance experience preferred; basic computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests; monitor club access.
• Answer questions; handle complaints; provide information to prospects.
• Sell memberships; write agreements; enter new members.
• Operate POS system; collect balances on past due accounts.
• Maintain front desk; schedule fitness training sessions.
• Perform club cleaning and housekeeping tasks.
